In my role within the Genetic Sciences Division, I played a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of cohesive user experiences across a range of product applications. As an integral member of the UX team, I actively contributed to program strategy, visioning, and the definition of requirements. Employing design tools such as Sketch, Figma, FigJam, and Miro, I engaged in iterative design processes to develop and refine user interfaces. Furthermore, I took the initiative to expand the existing design system guidelines, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance the overall user interface and user experience across various platforms.
Performed ongoing usability testing to proactively identify user interface-related roadblocks, focusing on improving the product's overall experience (s). Gathered client requirements through customer interviews and led the Product team through ideation sessions in an Agile UX environment. Storyboarded and diagramed potential problems with the interface and conducted information architecture workshops and user-focused design sessions. Developed interactive prototypes and user flows according to the end users’ requirements.
